Custom Portraits

• Custom pet portraits are non‑refundable and non‑returnable once the artwork process begins. Because your piece is uniquely designed and crafted just for you, we cannot resell returned custom artwork.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will replace your artwork at no additional cost.
